Sourcing
- Prefer primary sources: FDA and state board statements, court filings, statutes and guidance, company filings, and on-the-record interviews.
- Distinguish fact, attribution, and analysis. When we paraphrase agency language, we link the document.
- Do not invent quotes, warning letters, enforcement outcomes, or dates. If we cannot verify a claim, we do not publish it as fact.
- Anonymous sources are rare and require editor approval. We explain why anonymity was granted when we use it.
Independence
Editorial decisions are made by the news desk. Commercial relationships of the publisher do not dictate story selection, framing, or corrections. See Ownership & funding.
Conflicts and disclosures
Writers and editors disclose material conflicts on stories they cover. Sponsored content, if any, will be labeled. We do not sell the news column as advertising.
Medical and product claims
We cover an industry that involves drugs and clinics. We do not diagnose, treat, or recommend therapies. Coverage is not medical advice. See Medical disclaimer and Medical review.
AI in the newsroom
AI tools may assist research and drafting. Humans edit every published piece and remain accountable for accuracy. We do not fabricate sources or citations. See AI policy.
Corrections
We correct errors of fact promptly and transparently. See Corrections policy. Reach us at corrections@telelaunched.com.
